Biography

Ben Norrell is an attorney who practices primarily in civil litigation, including the prosecution and defense of individuals and corporations in wrongful death, personal injury, property, and business disputes. Mr. Norrell represents parties in complex claims involving wrongful death, commercial trucking, business torts, breach of contract, negligence, the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Texas Insurance Code, products liability, and premises liability. Ben is also experienced in insurance coverage-related opinions and litigation involving interpretations of contracts and insurance policies. Typical clients include families, individuals, insurance companies, and businesses.

Education

Mr. Norrell attended Baylor University and received his B.A. in 2005. Ben then went on to receive his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and graduated with honors in 2008.
