Biography
James C. ("Jim") Bollom is a civil trial lawyer whose practice includes first and third-party defense of litigation matters involving intentional torts, business torts, breach of contracts, insurance claims, insurance coverage, negligence, the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Texas Insurance Code, and premises liability. Mr. Bollom also represents various professionals under professional errors and omissions liability policies. Mr. Bollom’s clients include individuals, insurance agencies, insurance companies, trucking companies, and other businesses, large and small.
Education
Mr. Bollom received his undergraduate degree from Rice University. He received his J.D. from the University of Houston in 1993.
Professional Experience
Mr. Bollom formerly practiced with Nistico, Crouch & Kessler, P.C. from 1999-2009, and with Billings and Solomon, P.C. from 1993-1999. Mr. Bollom achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserves.
